Furthermore, Max Air’s B737-300 aircraft encountered a fuel contamination incident in its main fuel tanks, resulting in the shutdown of the auxiliary power unit while on the ground at Yola Airport on July 7. During a flight on July 11, the same aircraft experienced a duct overheat indication in the cockpit.
The NCAA has emphasized that the audit must satisfy its inspectors before the suspension can be lifted. The investigation aims to address the concerns surrounding Max Air’s Boeing 737 aircraft fleet and ensure the safety and compliance of their operations.
