“Nigerians have taken to their social media platforms to share their thoughts on the arrest of Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, the founder of Marlian Music. This arrest is linked to the death of one of his former artists, Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as MohBad.
On Tuesday night, the Lagos State Police Command took Naira Marley into custody upon his return to the country. Confirming his arrest, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Benjamin Hundeyin, posted on his official page, ‘Azeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley, has been detained for questioning and other investigative procedures.’
