Maurice Xandra Solutions specializes in providing HR advisory services, recruitment, team building, and training to support organizations with their HR and business strategies. Their approach involves deploying interventions and frameworks that align with critical internal and external factors influencing their clients’ structures.
Throughout her career, Linda has collaborated with various companies, including General Electric (Healthcare), NestOil, African Capital Alliance (ACA), Addax Petroleum, Unotelos (Nigeria & Ghana), Bet9ja, Energy Quest, VFD Group, Obasanjo Farms, Elizade, and others. She has facilitated and led the implementation of HR change projects, interventions, and programs, contributing to the development of profitable company strategies for optimal productivity. Prior to establishing Maurice Xandra Solutions, Linda worked as the Human Resource Manager at Environmental Accord, an environmental and sustainability company, and held a role in the finance department at MTN Nigeria.
Linda is not only a successful business professional but also a passionate advocate for knowledge sharing and professional development. She is the convener of the Doing Business in Nigeria conference, which promotes experience sharing among business leaders and professionals. The conference aims to equip potential investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals with the necessary knowledge of the Nigerian business environment while addressing the specific challenges faced in a developing nation.
With an MBA from Manchester Business School and a B.A from Anambra State University (graduating with First Class honors), Linda has also acquired certifications from reputable institutions. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), USA, and holds full membership (MCIPM) with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria. Linda has furthered her professional development through courses at Harvard Business School and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK. Additionally, she is a certified transformational coach by Coach Masters Academy, Singapore, and leverages her coaching skills to empower individuals, including business leaders and young professionals, to challenge their status quo and reach their full potential.
