Holyfield, Haye tip Joshua to beat Fury

  • Post category:Sports

According to boxing legend Evander Holyfield, Anthony Joshua is the sole boxer capable of defeating WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, not Oleksandr Usyk.

Holyfield becomes the third all-time great figure to express this sentiment, with power-punching legend George Foreman also emphasizing his desire to witness a bout between the two, stating that the fight he wants to see before retiring from boxing is Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua. Foreman added, “Anthony Joshua is the only fighter who can give Tyson Fury a tough fight.”

Former two-weight champion David Haye echoed this sentiment, asserting that Joshua is the only fighter with the physical attributes to potentially knock Fury out. He noted that in a sparring session years ago, Joshua had the upper hand against Fury.

In summary, Evander Holyfield, George Foreman, and David Haye all believe that Anthony Joshua is the boxer best suited to challenge Tyson Fury and potentially emerge victorious in a bout between the two heavyweight giants.
