Senegalese-American singer, Akon, has expressed his preference between two prominent African musicians, Davido and Burna Boy.
Appearing on the Drink Champs podcast, co-hosted by N.O.R.E and DJ EFN, Akon was asked to choose between Davido and Burna Boy. Without hesitation, he quickly chose Davido as his favorite.
Akon explained that he picked Davido because he considers him a “beast” in the music industry. He believes that the ‘Unavailable’ crooner deserves more recognition and credit for his talent and accomplishments.
According to Akon, Davido is an outstanding artist, and he thinks that Davido’s musical abilities and achievements warrant more appreciation and acknowledgment.
