“Davido faces another call-out over a N1 million debt, and Samklef expresses frustration, saying, ‘I’m giving you 24 hours.'”

“Davido is once again facing an online call-out for an alleged N1 million debt owed to a Unilag student named Mastermind since 2020. Popular Nigerian music producer Samklef accused Davido of not settling the debt and urged for swift action to be taken.

This situation arises shortly after a businessman named Abu Salami accused Davido of owing him N218 million from a business deal. Samklef gave Davido a 24-hour ultimatum to repay Mastermind. He claimed that he had contacted Davido’s manager, Asa Asika, regarding the matter but received no response.

In Samklef’s words: “Please, anyone who knows Davido, tell him that I’m giving him 24 hours to pay Mastermind the N1 million he has owed my friend since 2020. This young man has been suffering. I reached out to Asa (Asika), but I realized that you’ve joined the group because you want to oppress people. Anytime you’re called out, you think you have the upper hand. In 24 hours, if you don’t pay Mastermind his N1 million, I’ll personally call you out, and I’ll drag you.”

“You’re supposed to be celebrating your moment right now because you just had a child. You should be in a peaceful celebration, but you’re everywhere, and you’ve come to find my trouble. We are advocating for justice for the common man. You’re supposed to be a role model for others, but you’re oppressing people because you think you’re above the law due to your connections. Don’t worry; keep playing.”
