CDS reiterate readiness of AFN to support govt policies

The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Gen. Christopher Musa, has reiterated the readiness of the Armed Forces of Nigerian (AFN) to support the aspirations and policies of the President Bola Tinubu-led administration.
“Musa provided this assurance during his presentation of a paper titled ‘Nigeria Security and Defence Policies: My Leadership Concepts for the Armed Forces of Nigeria’ in Jaji, Kaduna State. The Director of Defence Information, Brig.-Gen. Tukur Gusau, stated in a Wednesday press release that the CDS delivered this lecture to members of Senior Course 46 at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC). Furthermore, the defence chief emphasized the military’s dedication to safeguarding democracy and eliminating all security challenges in the country. He urged course participants to intensify their loyalty and commitment to democratic principles and the rule of law.”
“During his operational visit to the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), the CDS urged cadets to perceive their admission to the NDA as an exceptional opportunity to serve the nation. He encouraged them to be prepared to serve and apply all the knowledge they have acquired in practical situations. In addition, Musa expressed his gratitude to the officers, soldiers, and civilian staff for their dedicated service to the country and their role in shaping future military leaders. He also conducted inspections of ongoing projects at both the NDA and AFCSC, assuring a swift completion of these projects.”
