Injury time at the end of the first half saw Australia take the lead with a goal from Emily van Egmond. However, Nigeria’s Uchenna Kanu, Osinachi Ohale, and substitute Asisat Oshoala mounted a strong comeback, scoring to secure the victory for their team.
