BBNaija All Stars: Pere vows to scrap Venita off his movie

Pere Egbi, a participant in Big Brother Naija All Stars and a filmmaker, has declared his intention to remove Venita Akpofure, a fellow housemate and actress, from a movie they collaborated on prior to entering the reality show. This decision follows a heated exchange between the two in the Biggie’s house.

An altercation between Venita and Pere occurred on Thursday, leading to the exchange of harsh words.

During a conversation at a pool party later that evening, Pere discussed the situation with Kiddwaya and Frodd. He expressed his resolve to exclude Venita from the film, even though he had paid her N1 million for her role.

Kiddwaya inquired, seeking clarification on the conflict between Pere and Venita, indicating that the issue seemed to go beyond the confines of the house. Frodd added, “She genuinely despises you. But isn’t she the lead in your movie?”

Pere’s response was firm: “I am removing her part. I mean, I will erase her name from the credits, and her pictures as well. I don’t intend to reshoot the movie. I will promote the film, but I’ll replace her with other actors. I paid her N1 million for a four-day shoot.”

Frodd and Kiddwaya urged Pere to reconsider, suggesting that removing Venita would come across as “petty.” However, Pere remained resolute, reiterating his decision to eliminate her from the movie project.
