“Don’t make anyone plead with me,” warns Davido amidst a debt controversy.

Prominent Afrobeats artist, Davido, issues a warning as the backlash intensifies. According to DAILY POST, Davido is currently grappling with a string of debt-related accusations on social media.

The allegations against the musician emerged when an individual named AbuSalam publicly accused him of owing N212 million.

Blessing CEO, a well-known self-proclaimed relationship expert, used her Instagram platform to accuse Davido of owing N4.5 million to Lagos celebrity auto dealer IVD, payment for a car bought on behalf of his associate, Israel DMW.

Furthermore, singer Samklef publicly called out Davido for allegedly failing to settle a N1 million debt owed to a University of Lagos (UNILAG) student named Mastermind since 2020.

In response to these allegations, the singer posted on his official account, stating, “Don’t let anyone plead with me.” He also hinted in another post that those criticizing him were seeking attention, asking, “You want to become famous, don’t you?”
