She cited her past experiences with betrayal in friendships as the reason for her cautious approach to making friends. In a recent conversation with media personality Hero Daniels, Ilebaye disclosed, “Before entering the Big Brother House, I didn’t have close friends. I simply had people I conversed with. I didn’t have someone I could genuinely call a friend due to previous betrayals. So, I distanced myself from forming close friendships, but I do have acquaintances I engage with.”
She acknowledged that she hadn’t been able to engage with these acquaintances since her triumph on the show, adding that she hadn’t changed her phone number or reconnected with anyone yet. When questioned about her plans to change her number, the reality star affirmed, “Yes, I have to.”
